Room furniture and fittings were old, random and needed replacement. For example,mirrors had lived their lives.

I would like to explain a few issues we encountered. First, the toilet door lock was not functioning properly. Second, the glass partition was not arranged correctly; when you close it while taking a shower, it moves back to the open position, causing water to spill everywhere in the bathroom. Additionally, it stated in the room that a hair dryer would be provided upon request, but when we asked for it, it was not provided.

Property was clean and stuff was polite and helpful.

Pool time could be increased as people went to relax 7pm is to early.

The rooms are very tiny more like a studio apartment vibe.Have all the amenities but the food, isn't good.

Firstly I had requested for a highest floor, but they didnt allot and in front of me they alloted the one who did on-spot booking which was very. The receptionist Amisha did try for this but his subordinate gave preference to the one who came on-spot. Also we had communicated that we will be late, the requested room was not kept for us and later when we arrived room on 2nd floor was alloted(which is room no. 217 & 219) for 217 we had to another 30mins post arrival. THe cleanliness of room was pathetic, the windows glasses are not at all clean. the bathroom door lock was broken, which we had to call and fix. Overall cleanining of the rooms wasn't that great. I felt as if I was staying in some local 1-2 star hotel

The location is a bit far from the main market. You can get Ola uber quickly but due to traffic it takes more than 30min to reach sarafa or chhapan dukan Some amenities like a dryer and iron are available, but you need to request them from the staff. In my opinion, given Ramada’s status, these should always be readily available in the room, as it saves time.

Was travelling to Nashik via Indore. Booked on the way. The staff is very helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast.

I was travelling by road so worked for me as the location is near the highway. But I am not sure how much time it takes to visit the city. But should not be an issue.

I didn’t like the property.. rooms were stinking of seepage.. I have taken some images too of room showing seepage..

Staff entered our room in our absence to pick hair dryer from our room.. this was such an unprofessional move.. never expected this from such an international brand..

Its very cozy and well maintained. Room size was small but still value for money. Staff behaviour was very good and warm.

Liked there is nothing to like firstly the rooms are so small it’s like pigeon holes . I had to check in for one night that too late night and early morning checkout as had a flight . The room linen was so dirty. They took one more hour to clean and wasted my whole night .Pathetic front desk service also no manager available no one cares if you having a bad night . Please don’t book this hotel you will ruin your indore ujjain experience

How good the location is depends on where you want to be. I score it only 1 since it's someway from the city centre and most attractions. Best about the hotel is that it's clean, good bed and nice bathroom.
